My neighbour couldn't get into the boot of their 2013 Insignia hatchback, so after crawling though the folded seat with a tool to release the lock I installed this switch for them. Aside from the trim around the actual boot lock, it's a straightforward job that takes around 10-15 minutes:The new switch clicks positively and looks as well made as the original, slotting into place easily. Several months later it still works well and there are no leaks or signs of reduced quality, and no modifications or alterations to wiring were needed.Highly recommended and cheap enough that even if it does fail after a year, it won't be a disaster - but it feels just as capable and robust as the original so it may easily last another ten years.
