I was skeptical when I made this purchase having tried numerous products over the years that just plain didn't work or cost way more than I was willing to spend. I sleep hot and spend alot of time tossing and turning because of the heat trapped between my body and the mattress. As a retired engineer, when I looked at this product I thought, this might actually work and you couldn't beat it for the price. I just wasn't sure it could provide enough cooling to make a difference. I'm pleased to tell you that it does. As a matter of fact, it can be too cool. I've been using it for the last couple of weeks on the lowest fan speed with it set to run for 3 minutes on then 7 minutes off cycle and even then it can get a little chilly after a few hours. It cools by using evaporative cooling which means you have to add water every couple of nights but since there is no compressor, it doesn't use much energy and is much cheaper than other products that have an actual refrigeration device. Will require some maintenance every month and I wish it was more controllable but still I am very impressed for the price and can't believe how well this thing cools.

Ich habe aufgrund von Medikamenten mit Nachtschweiß zu kämpfen und kann diese Auflage auf jeden Fall Mitleidenden empfehlen.Ich schalte sie erst kurz vor dem Einschlafen auf der niedrigsten Stufe ein, ansonsten wird es zu kalt zum einschlafen - aber es ist ja auch erst März. Ich weiß jetzt schon, dass dieser Sommer angenehmer wird für mich :)Es gibt in dieser Preiskategorie nichts vergleichbares, ich kann es nur empfehlen.Danke, dass ich keine 900€ ausgeben muss um den gleichen Effekt zu haben!

Mine works great. Only problem is when I am traveling and have to sleep without it!Doesn’t feel super cold when you first get on it, but over the course of the night it does a great job of redirecting your body heat.

It's perfect for hot sleepers except the cleaning part. I've tried cooling blanket, blanket fan in the past but couldn't happy with that. But finally this one actually keeps me stay cool and comfortable all night.HOWEVER, you have to clean the water tank and drain the water from the mattress. You have to bring your mattress to your bathroom to drain it out. Also, the water tank is not easy to clean well. You can only rinse the tank. If don't wash the tank every 1-2weeks, molds will grow in the water and you'll smell it.It'd be great if I could open the water tank and brush it.But even with this hassle, this is the most perfect item for hot sleepers.It's way less noisy than a normal fan as well.
