It looks like an economy version of the AddiSwing, I bought this knowing it’s cheaper but thinking its the same hook with a different handle. NO. Using 4ply yarn, yarn under technique amigurumi and the hook shaft twisted within 4 hours of work. Also the tip of the hook is quite sharp compared to the AddiSwing although the shape is very similar, I experienced no splitting using fiddly DMC Petra yarn. The handle is lovely and comfortable, I’ve quite large hands and the ergo dynamic shaping of the Swing handle can be awkward in my hand. A real shame that the economy comes at the cost of an inferior grade hook. Glad I bought two to finish my project. Will not be repeating this purchase.

this is nowhere near as soft as the knitpro and others, but much better than the aluminium or steel hooks. The length is great tho' it really is 15cm, so for me that makes up for a lot, as the others stick in the palm of my hand.
