I've now bought 3 of these pillow cases now and I'm very happy with the quality. They feel so nice and luxurious to sleep on and I do feel they make a difference to the condition of my skin and hair when I get up in the morning. Do I look 20 years yonger, not quite but it definitely helps to reduce the squashed pillow face.

This is not 100% silk and therefore FAKE advertising. It even says on the back of the box 90% silk 10% polyester.What a con. I am allergic to polyester and my skin immediately flared up when touching the pillowcase.Outrageous that this is sold as pure silk. It’s gone into my dustbin where it belongs …utter rubbish.Why didn’t I return it? I just don’t have the energy as I’m arthritic. So, yes, I have thrown good money down the drain. Seriously fed up about it and feel totally scammed.

In general, I highly recommend these silk pillowcases. I wash mine in my tumble washer on delicate with Woolite, hang to dry or if needed, tumble on low for 20 minutes max and they come out perfect. Do not hesitate to buy. Quality is top notch and overall I have no complaints at all about these pillowcases - I mean, I bought 4 (!) of them.However, pay attention to color that you buy. I have: Ivory white, beige, black and rouge pink. I will say I'm impressed that the black color has zero fade from my acne face regimen that fades pretty much every color of sheet, pillowcase, and towel. I have zero fade on any color of pillowcase I own, which is impressive. However, being a pink lover, I decided after having zero fade on the black with my acne regimen (benzoyl peroxide fades everything!) I decided to buy the rouge pink as I'm such a pink girl. Sad to report while there is no fade the oil marks left on the color from my skin, creams etc is kind of gross. Pre-treating it is okay but doesn't really get rid of all of it and I'm kind of sad that the pretty pink color is ruined. I have no issues at all with this and any of the other 3 colors I purchased. I purchased the ivory white, beige and black first to try out and only purchased the pink after being impressed. If I could do it over again, my 4th purchase would be another color completely because now the pink doesn't make me smile as much as it makes me go "ewww, I wish I would have bought x color instead".All things considered, don't second guess buying these pillowcases but definitely double think what color you buy. If you have oilier skin, use facial oils etc, stick with the neutral colors of white, ivory white, beige and even black so you have a nice looking pillowcase on your bed and not one that you look at and go "eww, that's gross looking"**I bought queen size even though my pillows are standard. They fit fine with some room but they don't really move around and with the queen size pillowcase, I can replace my pillows with standard or queen and not have to rebuy as queen size would be the biggest I'd buy with my California King size bed and the 2 of us.

I have silk items, including another silk pillowcase. This pillowcase feels less smooth and melt in your hand soft compared to it and my other silk items like my bonnet. It's still soft enough to use when I am cleaning my other pillowcase, but I wouldn't want to use it every night.

Lasted 4 years through weekly washes and I left it at the hotel. 😭 Buying multiple this time around.
