Afranti Rode of Groene Dot Sight Riflescope

Nice clear dot, lots of brightness levels, switch from red to green. Be aware of getting the batteries in the right way as the symbol in the case that show polarity is hard to see.Get a protector on this as my first game of airsoft I took a BB to the lens and cracked it right across. I can still use it due to the type of unit, but it's annoying.

Like all 'holographic sights' on here in the £30-£50 range this is essentially not real. Not using 3d/holo as its clearly a standard red dot style sight with led reflected off a mirror onto the glass. I think any proper one is something like £400+ so anything less just won't be real anywhere.Despite that it does look 'exactly' like the part which for £30 is fab and it did work when I installed batteries. Very sturdy, feels well made. The glass and coatings won't be up to spec but again, you only paid £30!!!So, use it for show/fun/cosplay, A standard red dot might be better for actual accuracy I think (I'm no expert though and yet to fit this on a rail.)

Bought this for my rifle, I am really impressed with build quality, way cheaper than the retailers I usually use

UPDATED. 31/12/23 When I received the other sight I ordered after this one didn't work (exact same sight but with a different brand name on it) it actually had instructions, so it looks like I was trying to put he batteries in the wrong way...... I know, I'm a dumba@@ :/ there's a good chance This sight actually worked but due to my dumba@@ness I thought it was faulty. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars, not the makers fault I was having an off day.This is a decent looking sight. Seems sturdily built and well made. Unfortunately it didn't work. Could have been a one off so I have ordered another from a different branded company. It's the exact same one as this but with a different manufacturers name on it. I'm hoping the £5 extra cost will mean the new one I have ordered will actually switch on 🤞
