Nice, airy, thick yet light fabric and very comfortable. Not sure if they are waterproof but they kind of have that feel to the fabric. The fit is comfortable and the length is perfect decent yet sexy parameter. I really like it. After first I got 2 only. Months later I got more colors. I think I have 5-6 pairs now, different colors.
