These are one of those items that actually look much better in real life than I expected. They are currently priced at £11.29 for 6 pieces which is actually pretty good value considering the size, quantity, and level of detail in these. The eye motif reminds me both of the blue “evil eye” motifs you find around Mediterranean countries but also of Mexican milagro charms, and I really love them. I’m not sure yet how I will use them as I’d like to incorporate them into something where they will be worn or seen for years to come - as any crafter can tell you, this is a good sign as it’s always the best things we save til last to be really sure we are using them in the right way! I’ve got a few ideas for these and will probably incorporate some into mixed media pieces and a couple into jewellery. They will look great and have real impact wherever they are used so if you are considering them, I’d say there’s no need to hesitate, you will not be disappointed!
