At first, I didn't think it was going to work very well for coating the candy I was using. The candy just seemed to stay at the bottom corner while the rest of cylinder turned. However, after I spritzed the candy and added some powder flavoring that I was trying to coat them with...it began to move and tumble over just like it should. I think it just needed a little traction on the inside to start tumbling the candy properly. I used to toss the candy over and over again in a big bowl and always made a huge mess because the powder went everywhere, no matter how careful I was. This is a game changer! No powder mess and the attachment does all the work. Very excited to try out even more things in this now!

Ich hatte da unglaubliche Glück, dieses Teil 40€ günstiger zu erwerbenDoch letztendlich habe ich es zurückgeschicktIch habe Mandeln/Nüsse, vorher schon in einer großen runden Alu Schüssel schokoliert, mit Kanauberwachs und Allem was dazugehörtDas klappte stets recht gut, geht jedoch in die ArmeDie Schüssel hat für den Privatverbrauch eine recht gute GrößeDoch ich kann mich einigen Bewertungen nur anschließen,die Schüssel wird mit dem mitgelieferten Keil, meiner Meinung nach zu stark gekippt, wodurch ein gleichmäßiges Verteilen der Mandeln/Nüsse, nicht möglich ist und die temperierte Kuvertüre, hinten kleben bleibtDoch wer weiß, vielleicht hätte ich öfter versuchen müssen, doch die Kuvertüre von Valhrona ist sehr teuer…Sollte ich noch einmal das Glück haben, das Teil günstiger zu bekommen, werde ich sicherlich nochmals einen Versuch starten, dann aber erst einmal mit günstiger Kuvertüre

What a disappointment. This item arrived with a broken seal, and the angle block is missing. It is of no use without the angle block. I expect a replacement angle block to be sent to me.
