I received what was probably meant to be a refurbished model as the box had been previously opened. Anyway the headset was completely dead - it didn't work at all and wouldn't even switch on.I have given it two stars as the return was managed quite well and my money refunded.

Great quality and priceThis is a great headset. In arrived fast and was packaged wonderfully. It actually had a charge when it arrived so it didn't take much time for me to start using it.The set up was quick and easy. Took me a minute.It is light weight and you can hardly tell it's on your head which is good for me since I spend a lot of time on the phone. The microphone isn't stuck in your face and it picks up your voice without a lot of background noise. I've already been told my phone calls sound clearer.I like that it has a charging base and the headset sits in their securely. Other headsets I've used I'm always scrambling to find the right cord to plug in and it's a pain this solves all that.I didn't realize when I was buying it it had a mute button which is awesome. I've asked people on the call if they can tell when I hit the mute button and they can't because the noise cancelation is great. I didn't realize I needed this feature until I had this feature.With everything from the ordering to the arrival and packaging this is a great unit.

- Working from home during lockdown, I had been using a lot of Zoom for virtual meetings. My external computer speaker was working fine for these last many months. Then, suddenly, a couple weeks ago I started getting an echo from the speakers. It was bugging me and other people, so I decided to buy a cheap decent headset with a mic extension to use during these meetings.- So, I got this and I have to say the performance has been very good. I have several other bluetooth headphones that basically do the same job, but I did not want to drain those more expensive headphones' batteries for my work meetings. So, this one fits my purpose perfectly. The battery lasts a few hours.- The charging can be done two ways. I can use the dock or directly charge the headset with a micro USB charging cable. That is nice.- The multifunction button works in a million different ways. So, it does a lot of things and this means it does take some time to memorize all the ways it works. So, that takes time. But, after using it for a couple of days, you get the hang of it and start remembering it.- The mic works great. The person on the other end can hear me loud and clear. It has a noise canceling/isolating feature, so the person on the other end does not hear all the other tiny sounds in my room/apartment and only hears my voice loud and clear. So, that works pretty well.- The sound coming from the other end is clear and crisp. The overall audio volume is a little low for some reason, so I crank my computer's volume all the way up. But, I like the fact that it is loud enough to not be a bother but not too loud.- The only negative I can think of in this unit is that I wish it had an aux port. Then, if the battery runs out in the headset while I am in a meeting, I can simply connect it to my computer using aux. But, aux is missing and that means you have to always watch out to make sure your headset is fully powered because the battery only lasts for a couple hours. So, you have to be on your toes always.
