Really good pan for cooking and frying, also used it in oven few times. I am using it from couple of weeks for preparing breakfast. The pan size is good and easy to clean it.

Die Pfanne macht einen soliden Eindruck, nicht zu schwer und auch nicht zu leicht.Zweimal in Gebrauch gehabt und sehr zufrieden.Nichts bleibt kleben ..das Bratgut gleichmäßig gebräunt.Der Griff lässt sich leicht entfernen.Also alles in Ordnung.

This was a huge disappointment. I was following the maker's directions prior to initial use, which were to wash the pan with soap and water and then oil it. Unfortunately, as I was holding it by the handle and gently washing the pan, the handle, which appears to be made of a plastic material, snapped in two just behind the release button. This is obviously a weak spot as the plastic in that area is thin in order to accommodate the clamp and release button assembly, but there is no excuse for it not to be able to take the pressure of a little water and a wash cloth. And since a frying pan without a handle is pretty much useless, I never got the chance to evaluate the pan itself as a cooking implement. So my overall impression is that this is a poorly designed piece of junk, and I'm lucky this didn't happen while lifting the pan full of hot fried food. I'm putting this thing in the trash bin, and my advice is to avoid this product.
