This is a perfect little boom for getting a mic inside a kick drum's front head if there's a hole in it, or if there's no front head, and positioning it exactly where you want to.

Bought to go with the compact mic stand. They work great together and very compact. Again great for travelling, but not for regular gigs.

This is an excellent boom. It's the perfect size for vocals. It gets the mic right where you want it without that extra 24 inches sticking out into the audience. It compares well to the K&M - König & Meyer 21140.500.55 at about $35.00. Built just as touch for less money. What's not to like.

I needed to replace the droopy boom on my mic stand and found this one. It fits well, is sturdy and doesn't have the drooping issue. It is easy to adjust. We'll made product.
