Le réglage du mode de fonctionnement (humidité, température) est très difficile à effectuer: les micro "DIP SWITCHES" et les micro "jumper" (cavaliers) sont très difficile d'accès. Il faut être spécialiste en micro circuit imprimé pour les maneuver .Le mode d'emploi est succinct et difficile à comprendre, il est en anglais.Le titre écrit "deux vitesses". Je voulais petite vitesse à faible taux d'humidité et grande vitess à haut taux d'humidité. Je ne comprenait pas le mode d'emploi (je suis bilingue), j'ai donc écrit au fabricant qui m'a répondu qu'il n'y avait qu'une seule vitesse (fonctionnement permanent ou par intermittence)!Concernant le réglage du mode de fonctionnement le constructeur m'a écrit qu'on devait prendre beaucoup de précautions et de soins pour ne pas détériorer les micro interrupteurs mais qu'il existait un outils spécifique dans le commerce...J'ai retourné l'extracteur d'air sans même l'avoir fait fonctionner après avoir perdu beaucoup de temps à essayer de comprendre son fonctionnement (j'ai étudié l'électricité et l'électronique).

This is superb. Wanted to replace a noisy 100mm fan during a bathroom refurb. This 120mm unit extracts loads of air, is very quiet, and also looks neat. Has a 2-minute delay, which is good, so doesn't go on every time you make a quick visit. Plus a humidistat, I now have a 2m square wet room without windows, and when when I'm done, I turn off the light, the atmosphere is back to normal within 2-hours, and the room feels dry and airy.Revised my review from 5 to 4 stars, as the fan failed after 18-months of use. Just wouldn't come on, and the room stayed warm and stuffy. Interestingly, the original fan actually got quieter over time, to the point where I sometimes removed the cover plate to check it was still working. It usually was, until it wasn't. Bought a replacement so easy to swap, four screws and 3 push-in wires. Maybe just unlucky with the original and the replacement may last for 20-years?!? Annoying that the replacement (via Electricals247) had all four plastic clips broken on the cover plate. I could use the original cover instead, but a broken product should not have been dispatched. The rattling in the box was a clue!

We ordered this item through Amazon to install in our kitchen extension (ordered two separate AirFlow branded fans). Received well from Amazon. However, we installed the fans after about 5 weeks and we then realised that the items were faulty. By this time, it was no longer possible to return according to the Amazon. We then contacted the supplier via the URL specified on the Amazon website, but the provided URL is for a different company and we are stuck with two broken fans and no way to get our money back.
