Estoy muy satisfecho con este dispensador de café. La calidad de los materiales es excelente, el acero inoxidable mantiene las bebidas calientes durante horas y el diseño con bomba es muy práctico para servir sin derrames. Tiene una gran capacidad de 64 oz, ideal para reuniones o para la oficina. Además, conserva muy bien la temperatura y es muy fácil de limpiar. ¡Totalmente recomendado para quien necesite un termo grande, resistente y funcional!

So this review is long overdue:1. Appearance/DesignWhat do you expect a thermos that size to look like? My issue was with cleaning, it’s like it’s never fully drained and I’m not the biggest fan of air drying cause dust and insects love to travel. I wish it were easier to drain. Why would I want it to drain dry? If I’m leaving home for a few days, I don’t want to leave water in it and I’d rather it clean and dry for next time or for travel.2. Price/AffordabilityI wasn’t too moved by the price, I thought it worth it for what I was getting, and at the time, it was. I obviously don’t feel that way anymore. Besides, I don’t believe I should be seeing “physical concerns” so soon on a product but “oh well”….3. Durability/LifespanI was so excited, for the first two months it worked amazing. I initially got it to keep water for my newborn and sometimes myself and I mean: “I used it”. It kept my water for 3 days at best: Day one - Hot, Day 2 - warm enough, Day 3 - still warm. I was so in love with it…and then I didn’t use it for like a month or two cause I was away and then it could no longer hold water past a couple hours. I was so mad and NO I don’t think not using or for a month or two should affect its ability to keep the water hot or warm.***NOTE ALSO that about 2 weeks in, I noticed spots inside that looked like when something was rusting. I was worried cause “why the heck would it be rusting inside already?” I still used it though but the spots increased and then I guess they decided they were cool spotting my thermos bottom ON THE INSIDE BTW! and yes the spots are still there and yes I washed it with a soft sponge (used on my baby bottles) bottle cleaner to remove spots but yeah…still there.OVERALL- IT COULD BE BETTER

I purchased this water dispenser at the end of Nov. last year. It could keep hot water hot and warm for more than 8 hours. It was great for about 2 months, but recently it could not keep the water warm for long as before. I found there is a missing piece inside on the top part of the dispenser. Please see the attached picture. It used to have a small round metal there. Not sure when it was missed. I think this maybe the reason why the dispenser cannot keep the water warm long enough.

This has become a staple of our mornings - the wife and I both need our quota of tea or coffee in the mornings. With this dispenser, we can just make a big batch, enough to last us through the morning and afternoon. Ironically, this has also helped us reduce our consumption since we can just dispense a smaller portion of hot liquid rather than brewing a whole cup each time. Acts as a space, energy and time save, all in one.The only gripe i have is that the top is not removable and I'm forced to use the provided brush to clean it. Once the latter wears out or is lost, you're forced to purchase another (if available) brush.
