Verbaasd over de capaciteit van dit kleine pompje precies 1 dag plezier ervan gehad.

For a small pump the flow of water is OK, and it needs a fair amount of light to get going. But in my case it has to pump the water up a 55cm hose.Addition: Unfortunately, defective within a month.

***Update #2*** pump stopped working again, less than a year later. I'm willing to take some of the blame as I didn't clean it as regularly as I should have, and I think it might be best put away during winter, but having said that, another water feature I bought earlier (from a different warehouse style shop beginning with A) with a similar solar powered pump - is still working. So I think these ones just aren't built to last. Probably not worth buying.***Update* This pump actually stopped working after a couple of months of use - tried following instructions to ensure it was clean but it seemed it just stopped receiving power at all. Contacted the seller via Amazon and they provided excellent customer service and sent a replacement, so I'm very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the pump or seller. ***I previously tried another solar pump without a battery and was very disappointed. Without direct bright sunlight, nothing much happened at all.I then decided a battery on the unit was a must, and this seemed to have reasonable reviews and I'm glad I chose it.I've now purchased two of these pumps which I have connected to my own 8mm hose which attaches to a water feature running into my pond. A sort of self-made rocky waterfall if you will, and it works well.The pipe is 2m long, and I had no issues with even one pump getting the water to the top, however adding a second (with a Y connector between the two pumps) works especially well!I find the water runs continuously most days from early morning until evening (helps that the sun has been out a lot recently) but, as another reviewer said, if you remove the pumps from the water when you don't need it (i.e. when you're not around) then you'll find it holds its charge longer.All in all I'm very pleased, mainly due to the size of the solar panels and the decent sized battery. I'd definitely purchase this again if I needed another pump in the future.

Es súper sencillo de instalar, colocar la base con el pitorro en el circulo de espuma, poner un adaptador por el otro lado para fijarlo a la espuma y luego elegir qué tipo de chorro queremos poner. Lo echamos al agua y empieza a funcionar. Lo he puesto a las 10am sin que le dé el sol directamente y ha funcionado de maravilla. No tiene interruptor, lo he echado al agua y supongo que ha detectado agua y ha empezado a chorrear. Me encanta.

Works really well in full sun and overcast cloud. Pushes water about 24" high. Is working to help aerate the pond water.

Had this for three summers now and it is still going strong.
