Gotta be honest here, its not a great smell nor relaxing, it smells way too sour citrus like. If I'm truly honest it smells like piss. I dont post reviews often but this stinks for real. I dont get why you dont just use lavender in it, this ain't it.

For those who suffer with sleep deprivation and anxiety, honestly this is a must have.I am a makeup artist and also have a corporate job hence you can only imagine how stressed out I get as I am constantly working and dealing with deadlines etc. Having two jobs, and juggling it with organising my wedding, dealing with my bookings diary and caring for my elderly grandad while naturally suffering from anxiety, it’s no wonder I get no sleep which as a result exacerbates my anxiety even more. No matter how hard I have tried to get myself to sleep I.E getting into bed early, trying yoga or having a bath and staying away from the tv/ mobile phone prior to bed, I just can’t seem to nod off.In June, Doppeltree introduced the relaxing slumber pillow mist which I purchased pretty much straight away. I have been using their eye patches for several months now which has made a massive different to my dark circles and fine lines; in addition to the foot patches which have made me feel less sluggish hence I decided to try this since I swear by their products and it contains all natural products.Now, upon Receiving my order I could immediately smell the lavender aroma, I found it had such a calming effect on my nerves that day. The packing does not state anything about the product easing anxiety however, I find it makes me feel so calm to the point I even carry my mist almost everywhere I go and even spray it in my mask and pot purri. I cannot begin to explain to you how much this mist dissolved away my anxiety and makes me happy on the inside and yes, this has also aided my sleep to the point I doze off after 20 mins, even my dog loves it. I haven’t really monitored my skin so much however the mist is stated to also fight the bacteria that cause acne. I have so much faith in dopple tree products that I wouldn’t be surprised if it did prevent acne, I will keep a close eye on my acne once it comes back and provide an update. However, I’m happy to say once again, I am a loyal customer and that this product is a must have if you suffer from sleep deprivation and anxiety which dopple tree should really mention on their packaging. I have been using this spray on my pillow several nights now. I love that the scent is soothing and light. It's not over powering like others I have tried in the past. The scent I smell the most is the cedarwood and i never knew how much i loved the scent of cedarwood till now. It is calming and relaxing. I dont fall asleep any faster with this spray and I think that's my own body mechanics as I do have a sleeping disorder, but I have noticed a much deeper sleep where I'm not waking up throughout the night. I am very pleased this product helps me as I've always been sceptical of pillow sprays (probably due to past ones not helping at all). Another amazing point with this pillow spray is the natural oils are also anti-bacterial so you arent sleeping on germs and bacteria during the night🥰. I highly reccomend this sleep spray for better sleep.
