Although the wiring and soldering look fine indeed, there are some issues. First of all, there's no shielding foil applied around the pickups (see photo). Second, there's some sticky residu present at the edge of the pickguard underneath the foil, blocking a screw hole. I suspect that this is not a new pickguard (see photo).Furthermore, I see no evidence of waxpotting or formvar insulation as advertised. As to the DC resistance, I measured very different values on each of the pickups:Neck advertised: R:5,8-6,0 Measured: R8.36Middle advertised: R:5,8-6,0 Measured: R8.5Bridge advertised: R:6.1-6.2 Measured: R9.0These are "hot" pickups indeed, so that's hopefully a plus! Another plus is that the bridge pickup is also wired to a tone pot, not standard on the Fender Player series, often complained about.As there is no manual included, I would not recommend this product to newbies.Packaging was excellent. I haven't done any extensive sound checks yet, so I'll update this review later.

Dobre pickupy single coil, brzmienie porównywalne z pickupami alnico z Harley Bentonów, czyli podobne do typowego strata. Lepsze niż Wilkinsony 60s, ale to może kwestia gustu, na pewno bardziej klarowne.

A great pick guard already loaded with Alcon pick-ups and great value, easy to fit only 3 wires to solder and gives a totally new sound to my cheap second hand guitar

Sadly neck pickup mic was dead in the 4th string, I had to replace it with an old generic single coil, but the rest of the components and pickups are working good. Really like the sound for the price.
