Really comfortable really durable and very easy to fit. They have been great in my work shoes and doing almost 25k steps a day shows how good they are because even after 2 weeks they are still as comfortable as day 1

A pair of inner soles for shoes. They are not gender specific.They are marked as to which one which foot is for.They can be trimmed down in size if needs be, with a good pair of scissors [not provided]. I take size nine shoes and I found these fit into those well, just going up a little at the back, but with no need to cut otherwise. So that should be a guide.They use Aloe Vera in the inner soles themselves, which is meant to make things fresh. And they certainly do. The inner soles smell nice. So your feet will as well.Well worth giving these a try.
