Due to my physical disability, it’s difficult to get a hold, of fresh food, and more so, unusual plant based/ vegan foods!You can buy vegan Tzatziki ready made, but it’s just not so common, to come by, as the ingredients, to make it!So this herb packet comes in very useful!I only made, one small batch, using Greek style soya yoghurt, fresh garlic ( although the packet has garlic in too) lemon juice🍋, and a medium sized, grated cucumber 🥒 There is plenty left, to make several more!I love the flavour of dill, as in this herb mix!The garlic pieces were a bit crunchy. I ate the dip, immediately, so unsure, if the garlic pieces soften, if left in the yoghurt.I didn’t mind, crunchy garlic, but is the one thing, I noticed different, to buying it ready made.I’m sure these herbs, would go, with many other recipes too!Pleased I purchased this!
