Hiked all over Yellowstone in these and my feet didn’t hurt once! Fit is amazing and love the wide toe box. They do run a little smaller than the running shoes, but sized up a half size and they fit perfect!

These came in the mail two days before I planned to hike in the Grand Canyon—I did 16 miles and the boots felt light, yet supportive and sturdy. The next week I hiked in them from rim to rim—the perfect lightweight hiker with excellent ankle support and they fit perfectly right out of the box. No blisters, no sore spots, just a comfortable, waterproof boot

I have a few pairs of Altras and I’m a size 6 in the shoe, but had to get a 6.5 in the boot. The 6 squeezed my toes and they touched the end of the boot.The 6.5 are great - they are comfy and nice and wide so my feet have room to flex. The padding around the ankle is great and the laces nice and long. The waterproof lining makes them a little warm, so while they keep my feet dry when walking through puddles or wet grass, my feet are sweating a bit more than normal.They are a good sturdy, lightweight boot though and I’m really pleased with them. Much more practical for me than a traditional hiking boot.

I love these shoes!!! I have had a few other hiking shoes and none fit like these! I dont have any rubbing or toe stubbing on down hills. They tighten perfectly around the arch of my foot with wiggle room for my toes not to be all smushed. Highly recommend!!!
