Altra Dames Torin 7 basketbal, munt, 40 EU, Munt, 40 EU

I love Altra’s through and through. I think they are the best running shoes available that promote foot health, natural toe splay, and with the zero drop (or very low drop), they promote proper alignment & allow our glutes to work the way they’re supposed to while walking/running. This color variation does get dirty easily, but I know they’ll be quick to clean up if I run them through the wash—that’s what we get when buying lighter colored running shoes. I appreciate the cushioning, and the truly neutral support, but I wish they were a bit more responsive. The longest run I’ve done is just about 4 miles, as I work up to a 10k, and then eventually a 1/2 marathon, and my feet do feel heavy/tired toward the end of my runs. I have done some speed work in these as well, and again, there is not as much bounce back as I would like. I guess I can look at it like my muscles are getting stronger because they’re having to work more :)Overall, this is a great shoe, I do have two pairs, and I hope that Altra creates a version with a bit more feedback/responsiveness in the future.

The foot bed is laughable for a wide toe box. I’ve never had a pair of shoes squeeze tighter. I do not have fat feet, I have toes that want to spread out and these hurt
