It's waterproof but not the best quality but they do the job if it's not heavy rain.

I like that they come in multipacks, but oh boy are these big. If you ride on road saddles, width of 155mm or less, you're going to be pretty disappointed. You'll be tucking the excess under the sides and through the saddle rails. I guess these were meant for very wide or cruiser seats.Sizing complaint aside, they do work, and work pretty well. And because they're so huge, I guess you could argue that they're universal.

We have a nice hand-me-down bike that is for my youngest who I learning to ride that only needs work on the tires and the seat but overall is a great bike. The seat has been damaged most likely from being left out in the sun and maybe even due to being rained on and then over time the leather cracked. This seat cover is very easy to clean install, it fit great over the old one, and claims to be waterproof so he is going to be taken care of on that end! It's very inexpensive so you're getting a good deal here folks! It does the job!
