The wheel broke after 2 trips. I contacted Amazon after 2years and 2days after purchase date. They told me that, despite consumer laws in Netherlands, they wouldn't come up with a solution.

Heb de koffer van 108 liter en deze weegt toch maar 3,8 kg leeggewicht. Er kan voldoende in voor een vakantie van 2 weken. Heb de koffer nu 2 keer op een vliegreis gebruikt en heeft beide reizen uitstekend doorstaan. Fijne soepele wieltjes waardoor het verplaatsen geen enkele moeite kost ondanks dat de koffer helemaal volgepropt zit. Goede kwaliteit koffer. Was een mooie aanbieding dus dubbel blij. Aanbevolen!

The price is € 105.00 which is very cheap for a suitcase of this brand. Received the suitcase and the quality is as I expect from an American Tourister suitcase.

Having the already purchased the larger 79.5cm – 108 litre version of this American Tourister Holiday Heat model main suitcase, I wanted the matching cabin baggage.Amazon had them in stock and was I over the moon, I purchased it straight away.I purchased it in the grey with the yellow stripping detail.Once it arrived I was pretty excited. The quality seemed as expected and the 4 wheels rolled smoothly.The zips felt of good quality as did the TSA lock.All very good so far.However, when I extended the main handle it felt extremely loose.The aluminium extender bars and their locking mechanisms didn’t feel of very high quality.In its highest locked position, the sway of the handle didn’t feel acceptable in my opinion.The tolerance of movement within the handle when fully extended was so bad, it felt that the parts were not assembled correctly or that perhaps something was missed within its assembly process.I felt that maybe perhaps I could live with it, but the life of the handle would be questionable.These cabin baggage’s aren’t cheap and therefore I expected more from the brand.Amazon is just a distributor for the product and not the manufacturer, I therefore contacted American Tourister UK directly.Their response stated that they cannot comment without a full inspection, and to contact Amazon with regards to a return if I am not happy.From that response, I decided to give them another try. So I contact Amazon for a replacement to see if it was just a one off.However, upon receiving a replacement it was exactly the same.This may be part of the design, however for a unit costing in excess of £75 at the time I felt this was unacceptable.The costs should reflect the quality of the product and I felt in this case that the quality was subpar to say the least.Extremely disappointed as I wanted a matching cabin baggage to my suitcase.I have now purchased a Samsonite cabin baggage, and have honestly never looked back. The level of quality is just not comparable.Amazon was amazing throughout the whole ordeal, if I had purchase the baggage directly with American Tourister I don’t think it would have been as easy process compared to Amazon.I would never hesitate to buy from Amazon.

Dies ist bereits unser vierter Koffer dieser Marke. Wir haben zwei große und nun auch zwei kleine. Diesen haben wir für unseren Sohn besorgt, der ihn für eine Klassenfahrt gebraucht hat. Dafür ist die Größe ideal und bei Jugendreisen wird in der Regel ein Weichschalenkoffer erwartet. Die Qualität überzeugt uns und auch die Aufteilung passt. Die Griffstange ist stabil und rastet sicher ein und auch die Rollen machen keine Probleme. Meine Tochter nutzt ihren jedes Wochenende wenn sie mit dem Zug übers Wochenende nachhause kommt.

La deuxième que j’achète ( combo avec mon mari ) pour moi c’est le top du top en terme de qualité ! Vraiment elle ne bouge pas malgré nos multiples voyages et je trouve que l’espace a l’intérieur est grand pour le format ! Je place facilement une semaine de vacances à l’intérieur ! Je vous recommande cette valise les yeux fermés ! Bon voyage ;)
