This can replace a head unit in a car because it has that blue remote wire. The instructions state it needs accessory 12V feed but seems to work correctly permanently connected to aux battery. It has indicator leds which will be hidden if mounted out of sight but I guess could be routed via optical fibre. Best installed in some accessible location because it looks like you may need to pull the fuse (2A mini blade) every once in while because the wireless operation stops and it will be otherwise impossible to reset the device. If it's installed by the instructions there is likely no need to pull the fuse.

Bei Einbau unter Blech oder in der Nähe von anderen Störquellen ist der Empfang schlecht und esgibt Störgeräusche. Die verbaute Antenne ist recht klein und einen zusätzlichen externen Antennenanschluss gibt es nicht. Die Bluetooth Verbindung zum Handy klappt gut.Fazit - zu teuer und nicht perfekt. Wer löten kann kauft besser für 10-15€ eine Bluetooth Platine wie z.B.:DollaTek Bluetooth-Empfangsmodul AS1711BT, DC 5-35V Drahtlose Elektronik Bluetooth-Modul-Chipund lötet sich die Anschlüsse wie benötigt ran, schiebt das Teil dann in einen alten Fahrradschlauch undmacht den oben und unten mit einem Kabelbinder zu. Wenn es wasserdicht sein soll. dann einfach dasTeil im Schlauch "in Silikon einlegen"....
