i purchased this tool on a whim to try as a deburring tool in my shop. while not perfect, this little thing rocks. the surface finish on hard materials isn't perfect, but adequate. steel and aluminum are easier, with a bit of cutting fluid and multiple passes i really like this. there isn't much to the tool, think router and a die grinder. it does both well. the air fitting it came with didn't fit my Amflow connectors, but i have extra nipples on hand for that. the anodizing on the depth stop could be hard anodized. but it isn't a deal breaker.normally these little problems would result in a drop of rating. but this little look is SO handy in the shop. I LOVE it. It isn't perfect, but damn it fills a need better than anything else. the above pics show the finish at full depth of cut. im sure i could have cleaned them up a bit more but it wasn't needed.great tool, i think i will buy another and turn the depth stop down to have a unit that would get into tighter areas.

Leaves a consistent chamfer and is easy to use.Using it at full depth the inserts dulled pretty quick

Little thing works great. I wasn't expecting much for a cheap tool but I have used this a ton and am still on the original bits and have not rotated it either. It makes very nice beveled edges. I use it on engine blocks to remove sharp edges before machining.
