I installed this on my house fence door and it is working great. The quality of the lock is good along with the screws that came with it. I recently had an intruder in my backyard and my fence latch door doesn't have a good option to lock from inside the fence. So, I wanted something like this to lock the fence door from inside and this works great. Nice this came in a set of two. If needed I can install one on the bottom of the fence, but this one on the top should serve the purpose.
