Helps protect the paint from wearing off. Bought the Satin finish which was a little more glossy than I anticipated but it looks good. Had done most of our leather couch over 6 months ago but never used the finisher. German Shepherd pretty much wore out what. I had previously done and this looks like it will help greatly.

This gives a nice flexible coating to protect a newly painted surface.The Satin is fairly dull, though. If you want a shine, order glossy.

I wanted to wait at least a month to write a thorough review and I can honestly give 5 stars. I used this product on painted leather shoes and I have no cracks or breaks in the finish. It’s a strong product with minimal odor and a smooth shiny finish. Follow the directions and you’ll have a beautiful product. Definitely a game changer for decoupling. Now I have to try the matte finish.

This paint SAVED my LV EPI Leather briefcase bag. The interior of my bag was very sticky, a black residue would come off if I touch the inside of the bag. The interior was also peeling pretty badly.My options were to take it to a professional to clean/remove the peeling liner (very expensive), buy a bag liner (couldn't find one that fit), or try to remove the lining myself and paint over it.So I opted for the last option. I'm so glad I did. I painted about 3-4 coats on each side of the interior and it took about 3-4 hours to completely dry. I was so shocked that this solved my problem, no more stickiness, no more black residue coming off, no more peeling!!Definitely worth the money if you're trying to save your bags interior!No cons.

Works amazingly. High quality. Dries quickly, does on smooth. Dries clear. I am happy with my purchase.
