Angus & Oink – Exodust

Being a big jerk chicken fan I have always had this in the cupboard. It is by far the best jerk rub you can get. It's got the perfect balance of hot and sweet and is so morish. The price has gone up over the years but it's definitely worth it you won't be disappointed

A little salty but very tasty

Thought I'd share a photo of the drumstick meat having had the rub coated on it before it was cooked. You can see the lovely pieces of Chile there in amongst the glaze. I must say like other people have said this is the most amazing rub ever and one of the very best Angus and Oinks rubs I've ever had and I must honestly say that I won't be using any other rub for chicken in the short term I guess the next step will be to try a whole chicken on the rotisserie. The rub gives a lovely kick with the hint of chilli but not over powering with lots of other great flavourss and it tastes amazing. You seriously won't be disappointed 😎
