Great compact backup for those long days. It can charge my iPhone pro max from 20% to a 100%

After 3 months, (not a frequent user), the connection for the iphone was not charging at all and it is not possible to return for the power bank. If any Anker employee is reading this review, please tell us where to apply for a return and refund/exchange. This is insane.

I have seen review of this product and I am kind of wondering how it only broke after 3 months😅 I charged it when it arrived ready to use it for my Galaxy S21 Ultra.During the 2nd time charging it heated up so fast I had to remove it outside before it would maybe caught fire ..Sended it back, explained the situation and luckily got my money back.

Mooi compact apparaat en omdat ik bekend ben met het merk deze aangeschaft. In de praktijk loopt de powerbank te snel leeg en kan mijn Iphone nog niet voor de helft opladen. Wordt bovendien warm. Deze gaat dus retour.

Is snel opgelaten en kan een iPhone tot ongeveer 80% opladen, handig en klein

Sono qui a riscrivere la mia recensione.Nella recensione passata avevo inserito 3 stelle perché purtroppo il prodotto dopo 1 mese di utilizzo si era rotto l'attacco.Sono stato contattato dall'assistenza Anker che ha provveduto subito a sostituirlo con uno nuovo .Ho chiesto anche se era possibile avere il prodotto con uscita usb-c in quanto avevo cambiato da pochi giorni Iphone. Tempo di leggere la loro risposta il giorno dopo, e il prodotto era a casa mia ! TOP posso dire che il costo dei prodotto ANKER ha un motivo che altre marche non hanno cioè QUALITA' nei prodotti e nell'assistenza.Consiglio e grazie di tutto.

Great product, I’m always running low on battery, it’s so useful as it fits in all my bags so I carry it everywhere. Not sure about how much charge it holds as I just purchased, but it charges quickly and gave me one full charge.
