Der Ersatzakku passt perfekt, allerdings erst als die durchsichtigen Plastikabdeckungen, die die Pole schützen, durch relativ festes Zur-Seite-Drücken entfernt wurden. Der Akku wurde sofort von der APC BE325 erkannt und versieht seither porblemlos seinen Dienst.

Bateria de pequeño tamaño y poco peso, 12 voltios y 3.2 Ah. Cabe perfectamente en sais pequeños. No llegue a probar aun la autonomia a plena carga. Viene con abundante documentacion de APC y un ticket con resultados de pruebas. llego en el tiempo previsto.

My APC battery I purchased didn't last 1.5 years of a two-year warranty. I wrote to APC for a warranty replacement. Understandably, they asked for proof of purchase to which I sent my Amazon invoice. After more than two weeks, I haven't received a reply, and I'm waiting to see if they will honor their warranty.The battery I purchased in November, 2020, was about $42 after taxes. Unfortunately, the battery is $55 before taxes, now. If they don't send a replacement, then I'll purchase something cheaper.I'll update this review in the near future.13 Aug 2022.No battery. I did receive a reply that I would be receiving my battery in 3-5 business days as of 04 July.I'm still following up with Schneider electric.I'll update this review, again.25 Aug 2022.This past week, Schneider Electric will replace the battery but will not be available for shipping until September. I'm very pleased about their followup. I would be willing to pay for a prorated new battery. I am shocked by the current price of this battery, as high as $120. Current price is about $90, more than twice as much as my original battery. I don't blame Schneider Electric, but I will look for a cheaper battery when this one is exhausted.24 Oct 2022.Schneider Electric provided an availability date after I requested it. They gave a date of 12 Sept 2022. Now, these batteries will not be available until December, 2022. I was hoping I would receive a backup battery before the peak hurricane season. It has come and gone, luckily. However, I wanted it when they said it would be available in September.It could be supply issues or something else.The customer service is polite and attentive, and they provide updates when I call. I took 2 stars off from five to three for delays. The stars doesn't indicate poor battery or poor service. It means that the customer has to wait for the product, and possibly with another UPS and manufacturer, I could have received another battery sooner.23 Nov 2022.Battery replacement delivered. Schneider Electric completed their warranty, and I commend them on their customer support and their warranty replacement. Although it took months for a replacement, it appears the materials to manufacture new batteries suffered from supply chain issues.My conclusion is that the battery failed with 25% warranty remaining, but Schneider met the warranty for the customer by sending a new unit, not pro-rated, and free shipping. Schneider stands behind its products. Note the brand is APC, not an aftermarket one. I am pleased, and I raised the review to a final five stars.

Does as it says on the box, the terminals on these are opposite to similiar uk batteries, which will not work in the unit as the terminals are the wrong way round.
