I only had a modem and a switch connected to the battery. After 1,5 years the device gave “clamp error” code F04. I contacted support in the Netherlands. After more than half an hour of waiting front desk promised I was going to be called back. I also emailed APC Netherlands that day. No reaction.After few days I tried again. No reaction at all.With this item you buy a product without any technical support. Better think twice when throwing away your money!

Very Good UPS but a little bit over priced

Perfect, nice batteries. Very durable and as far as my personal experience last 6-7 years.

Working well so far. Almost threw the leads in the bin as they were tucked in the end of the box outside the main area. Bought leads then I felt the weight in the end of the box when throwing out and found them.Highly recommend

I've revised my review after getting new cables for this unit!DO NOT USE K15IEC DOSS Iec Plug to 240V Socket - 15Cm Lead - Iec-C14 Short UPS Lead Ideal for Connecting a Standard Powerboard to a UPS.Noticed that I could hear "sparking noises" when brushing up against the cables or simply moving the unit. It appears the outlet ports are not snug enough for STANDARD power connector cables, so power cuts off if unit is moved or cables moved in ANYWAY.Got new cables and unit works as expected, so glad for that

He pasado de una marca más barata (pero correcta) a este y no me arrepiento. Ha aguantado un mini-servidor, 1 switch, 2 routers y una cámara de seguridad sin despeinarse durante casi 2 horas. Se puede ir la luz que sigo teniendo internet, cámaras y servidor en casa. Muy fácil de configurar con NUT en linux por USB. Nada que objetar.
