My cat has a new addiction. He told me he would like to eat just these for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I told him no, and that they are treats. He gave me a death glare, then he called me a bad word.If you buy these, expect your cat to be mean to you when you put them away!

My cats go crazy for these snacks. They hear the packet and come running. Better pricing buying in bulk as well.

This is my second interaction with the cat food brand "Applaws" and both came through being a Vine member. First time around I tried cat food pouches which my cats seemed to like at first nut go off of for some inexplicable feline reason, so mixed results there! I was happy to give 'Applaws' the chance to redeem themselves here in the case of these "Applaws 120g Freeze Dried Tuna Cat Treat, 100% Natural, Grain Free Healthy Cat Snacks 12x10g".First impressions of the outer box was just how light it is. Very light indeed. Inside the box the twelve packets sit loosely. They are all made from thick, strong plastic. You tear open at the top corner (perforation provided!) and then underneath that on the inside there is a resealable lip on each pouch. At just 10g per pouch, they are small but even here with two cats I have found that I do use the resealable lip to close over the packet until tomorrow or whenever...That sort of leads me on to a potential negative though. There is an issue with these in that I do not know how many to feed to my cats. How much is too much? Or even is one or two per cat too little? Perhaps too little is the lesser concern (no pun intended!) but I feel like a bit more of a guideline from the manufacturer could've been helpful.The treats themselves are freeze-dried so are literally lightweight, meaning they weigh very little. They are basically cubes but are not uniform in shape. They do look very much like how you would imagine freeze-dried Tuna would look though, so I do think that they're well made and from good quality ingredients insofar as I can tell.I think overall taking everything into consideration that I will give a four star review here. My cats liked them and I admit they seem well-made but then in the negative column is the fact that the packets are small at just 10g and the feeding instructions/guidelines are non-existent. I am happy to have had the opportunity to test & review these 'Applaws' tuna cat treats but I doubt I would order them again personally for the currently listed price of £19.09 (price correct at time of writing).
