Ik ga deze melder gebruiken om enkele ruimtes die met elkaar verbonden zijn in één keer goed te in kaart te brengen (met een Aqara hub) en zo de verlichting slim te kunnen schakelen.Ben benieuwd of dit goed gaat lukken maar na het zien van wat Youtube videos zal ik probleemloos moeten gaan.Mocht het toch niet helemaal gaan zoals ik wil dan is het een optie om eventueel nog een te bestellen en die toe te voegen.

Snelle levering en sensor voldoet aan alle verwachtingen. Ik ben zeer tevreden.

Ik heb alles ingesteld. De belangrijkste zones en interferentiezones aangegeven. In de aqara app zie ik de beweging. In apple home zie ik dat er beweging is. Maar het reageert niet altijd. Soms werkt het goed en soms helemaal niet. Daarom niet te vertrouwen. Ook gebeurt er in apple home niks met het aantal lux.

Linking with HA is very cumbersome, especially if you care about security (not having iot devices on your normal vlan). There is no native Home Assistant support, no API, no web interface, only a very user unfriendly app. Defining firewall rules for the fp2 is almost impossible, because the device is using a random mac address so you can forget about assigning static IP address. I played a bit with the zone detection and was unimpressed with the results. But since it does not meet my security requirements mine is in the garbage where it belongs. It is my own fault: I should have investigated it better in advance but on the other hand: come on Aqara: It should be possible to put this safely in a separate vlan with a static IP address.One of the worst smart home devices I aver bought.

Ik kon dit product NIET koppelen met de aqara app. 2.4GHz ingesteld en 5 GHz uitgezet op het modem. Wifi signaal ontvangst op mijn Samsung S24 Ultra 100%.Elke keer switchte het signaal naar het door aqara uitgezonden wifi signaal. Daarna liep de koppelingsprocedure verder maar bleef ergens op hangen.Tientallen keren geprobeerd maar het bericht was telkens "probeer het opnieuw".Daarom maar direct het product teruggestuurd. Misschien dat het over een paar maanden wel altijd werkt.

Laat ik voorop stellen: de Aqara PF2 Presence Sensor is supergevoelig, het verschil met de Fibaro Motion Sensor is overduidelijk. Dan heb ik het over de standaard-installatie, zo uit het doosje.Als je meer wilt, wordt het moeilijker.Op de website beschrijft Aqara hoe deze sensor verschillende zones in een ruimte in de gaten kan houden. Het ziet er prachtig uit, maar bij de installatie van dat stukje software gaat het mis. Hoewel de sensor volgens de richtlijnen is geïnstalleerd, loopt de installatie erop stuk dat het Aqara-logo ogenschijnlijk niet horizontaal staat. Gecontroleerd en nog eens gecontroleerd, factory reset, herinstallatie van de app, update van de firmware, noem maar op, alle trucs uit de kast gehaald. Het resultaat blijft hetzelfde.Hulp van Aqara Support blijft voorlopig uit. Ze hebben om foto's van het geïnstalleerde apparaat gevraagd. Sinds ik die heb toegestuurd, heb ik niets meer vernomen.Het was de bedoeling de Aqara PF2 Presence Sensor op te nemen in de HomeAssistant-omgeving. Via Apple HomeKit zou dit een fluitje van een cent moeten zijn, maar ook hier is de sensor weigerachtig.Voorlopige conclusie: een gevoelige sensor waar ik nog niet veel mee kan doen.

Product must be placed under an specific angle and between certain height, so with the cable and positioning in an larger room you do not have many places to install. Also only 7 metets is the max. Also when you enter the zone after some hours it will not pickup immediately. And with my concrete wall it sees many times 2 people as the wave bounces on the wall.

one word Awesome.Completely changes everything. Meets and exceeds my expectations.Aqara have produced one hell of a sensor.The Lux sensor alone, is the fastest I’ve ever used. And that alone would be enough reason for me to buy more.I have two of the original FP1 sensors, which I’m currently using and both have been faultless. Once setup properly.But have been slow to detect presence. So still need a additional sensor to speed up motion detection and detect Lux levels.Absolutely not the case with the FP2’s presence sensing and its ability to zone a room.The down sides. The WiFi 2.4ghz only. Which makes it tricky to initially setup if your mesh router can’t split the networks.So if your a sole android user. This could cause a problem.As a IOS user and HomeKit user I had no such problem.But the Aqare iOS app when used with this sensor is extremely slow to display the current position of presence.Which gives the end user the belief that it’s not working as expected.But when you switch over to the android app. Positioning updates of presence update in real time. So obviously a bug with the IOS app.Home assistant. HomeKit integration works perfectly.I was aware that the sensor doesn’t currently work with GH and can’t be exposed to GH via home assistant. But that’s easy to get around with a few helpers and exposing the helpers to GH if needed.I will absolutely be buying more when available

J'ai acheté le détecteur de présence Aqara FP2 récemment, et mes impressions sont partagées. These things are great. I did have to play around with them to get the perfect setup but now I'm very happy with them. Also had to upgrade my wifi router to use them how I wanted. These were my solution for the limitations of a motion sensor. I have one set up in the bathroom and the automation has been great with apple home. Lights come on with different brightness levels throughout the day/night. They do not go off until the room is unoccupied, even when someone is showering.

Hace una semana que el Aqara FP2 se instaló en mi salón y ya parece el guardián omnipresente de mi casa. Su precisión me impresiona, aunque a veces parece exagerar, detectando hasta cuando respiro.Detalles específicos:• Detección precisa: Este sensor no solo ve que estás ahí; casi parece leer tu mente. Puedes estar inmóvil como una estatua viendo una serie, y él sigue gritando “¡presencia detectada!” como si hubieras empezado a bailar salsa.• Zonificación avanzada: La función de dividir el espacio en zonas es tan detallada que he asignado áreas específicas a mi sofá y escritorio. Ahora, cuando paso de una a otra, las luces cambian como si estuviera en un espectáculo de Broadway.• Integración: Se lleva de maravilla con HomeKit. Es como si fueran mejores amigos. Eso sí, si usas otra plataforma, puede que necesites algo de paciencia (y café) para configurarlo con el Aqara Hub.Experiencia personal:Lo instalé en el salón y me siento como un villano en una película de espías: cada paso que doy activa algo. Las luces me siguen como si fuera la estrella de mi casa (¡y no me quejo!). Además, detecta presencia aunque esté completamente quieto, lo cual es ideal para esos momentos en los que me hago “uno” con el sofá viendo Netflix.Pros:• Detecta hasta los movimientos más sutiles. ¡No puedes esconderte!• Configuración de zonas que me hace sentir como un arquitecto tecnológico.• Diseño discreto… aunque ya sé que siempre me está observando.Contras:• Configurarlo al principio fue como montar un mueble de IKEA: lo logré, pero no sin dudas existenciales.• A veces tarda un par de segundos en reaccionar, lo cual es gracioso cuando ya has salido de la habitación y las luces se encienden como si te despidieran.Conclusión:El Aqara FP2 es como ese amigo que siempre está pendiente de ti: eficiente, algo intenso y con ganas de demostrar todo lo que puede hacer. Si tienes un hogar inteligente, es una gran adición, aunque prepárate para que te recuerde constantemente que él sí nota tu presencia (incluso más que tus amigos). Muy recomendable, especialmente para fans de la tecnología y los momentos graciosos en casa.
