My cat's food is shaped as a small 3-points star and the dispenser has a very hard time to dispense it. The indicator LED on the device is almost always red, indicating an error. I usually have to go there any use my finger to help the food to come out.Besides that, when the food comes out, it it doesn't slide enough to be even in the bowl, so most of the food stays close to the "mouth" of the device, which I think makes the dispensing issue worse. With that, it also happens that the food falls out of the bowl entirely.I even tried 3d-printing a lip to guide the food into the bowl, but it didn't help.Being fair with this device, I have had another dispenser that also had a hard time dispensing the food, but that one was very hands-off and it would "recover" by itself.

L’application dédiée est simple à configurer, bien qu’elle manque légèrement d’ergonomie, et certaines traductions pourraient être améliorées. Cela dit, ces petits détails n’enlèvent rien à la qualité globale du produit.En résumé, c’est un distributeur ultra-fiable que je recommande à 1000 % pour ceux qui cherchent une solution connectée et pratique pour leurs animaux, surtout si vous êtes souvent en déplacement.

A great addition to the smarthome if you need automated pet feeding. For us it's a small dog so you just need to careful of the size of dry food. Only small balls will fit in the unit but once filled it works well.Great with an Aqara smart button. Double click and the food dispenses.Just be aware that it's not a regular USB A to USB C. For some odd reason they went with USB 2.0 a Type Male to 5.5 x 2.5mm DC 5V so I picked one up from Amazon to make moving it to another location much easier.
