This one of these larger sponge filters with extra accessories for a middle ground between the basic sponge filters and a full aquarium filter. it seems to work quite well, it fits a standard air hose easily and then just works. The principle is the same as all other sponge filters: the air goes through the middle and the water is forced through the sponge. It comes with two spare sponges that is very nice (they are packed inside the bottom where the balls go, you have to take it out).The balls make a lot of surface area for bacteria which can be useful in a larger tank or one with no soil/decoration, I am sure the bacteria also grow in the sponges too. The bags provide enough to fill all the areas very full, but evrything still fits together nicely. There are no spare balls but you don't need to replace them ever.After a while when squeezing the sponges, the water is quite gross looking, so it works.If youo have a very small nano tank it might be too large, as it's fairly tall and needs to be fully underwter to work. For larger tanks but with fragile fish (babies/shrimps) it seems like a good alternative to powered pumps, that is much less dangerous but still provides biological filtration as well as mechanical.

Für 17,99 € gibt es ein tolles Produkt von AQQA.Ich bin ein absoluter Luftherber Freund, da ich im Wasser keinen Strom haben will, um mal trotzdem schnell mit den Händen etwas zu ändern (natürlich zuvor gewaschen)Dank des Doppel Patronen Filters und der kleinen Biofilterung Extras steht der Filter gesamt bei dem Preis echt gut dar und hat Leistungsreserven für längeren Betrieb ohne Reinigung.Hier macht der Hersteller meines Erachtens alles richtig.Top 5 Sterne (ggf die Optik ist halt Geschmackssache)
