De kajak is op zich van zeer goede bouwkwaliteit zoals we dat verwachten van Aqua Marina.Echter wanneer u wat groter of zwaarder bent is de kajak zeer instabiel tov andere kajaks in deze range.Als je dacht dat je anno 2024 een klantvriendelijk retourbeleid zou krijgen van Sea & Fun, dan ben je eraan voor de moeite. Volgens hun policy moet je de kajak beoordelen zonder deze bij wijze van spreken uit de verpakking te halen. In mijn geval dus 1x circa 10min water gezien.Enkel compleet ongebruikte items worden in aanmerking genomen voor een retour. Daarbovenop wordt er zeer passief agressief gereageerd waarbij je als klant het idee krijgt dat je een idiote vraag hebt gesteld, wanneer dit bij andere leveranciers een normale vraag is, zeker voor een item in deze prijscategorie. Als je dus niet 200% zeker bent dat dit het model is dat je wil, koop hem dan zeker niet hier maar in een speciaalzaak waar ze een B-Stock/Tweedekansbeleid voeren.

Bought for some simple canoeing in calm waters. The boat has no balance--there is no room for relaxation because you have to constantly adjust your weight to prevent a capsize. On top of this, air pimples started to appear on one of the pontoons meaning that one of the layers underneath had to have been somehow punctured and now the damn raft can't stay inflated for more than thirty minutes. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle by buying a hardshell---this one has been nothing but a pain in the ass.

Avec un peu de pratique, facilement contrôlable, se transporte très bien, même par une personne. Assez facile à gonfler avec la pompe.

Ich habe mir im Mai dieses Bötchen angeschafft weil ich es einfach mal ausprobieren wollte.Es musste in den Kofferraum meines SLK passen. (passt sogar mit Verdeck im Kofferraum)Der oft genannte Hinweis nicht unbedingt für Anfänger habe ich nicht allzu ernst genommen da ich ja im Sommer die Sache angehen wollte. Es hat ein wenig gedauert bis ich das Ding sicher unter Kontrolle hatte.Nach etlichen Touren auf Werse, Ems, DEK, Möhne- Edersee u.s.w. möchte ich das Boot nicht mehr missen.Eine Finne ist mir gebrochen, dadurch wird das Boot sehr schlecht manövrierfähig ... Also sofort ein Ersatz mit bestellen ! Sonst ist Ende mit lustig cruisen !Touren auf Seen (bei mir bis zu 20km) waren bei mir ab Mitte des Sommers möglich und durch das schnelle auf und abbauen kann man auch schnell mal eben nach Feierabend raus auf's Wasser.beim Paddelkauf ruhig etwas mehr ausgeben als die viel beworbenen 30 Euro verstellbaren. Dieseleiern nach einigen Tagen aus und es knickt und knackt bei jedem Zug.Das Boot würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen !

I've used this kayak a few times now and the plus points are; it seems to be very well made, easy to inflate and pack away again. It tracks ok with one fin and is still ok without the fin and steers better, so far I've not felt the need for two fins. Speed wise it is much better than an old inflatable kayak I once owned but not quite as fast as the hard shell Riot 13 kayak I still have. There is plenty of space for gear in the boat and the seat, once adjusted correctly, gives good support to your back, although you'll probably get a numb bum after a couple of hours in the saddle and it's stable enough to stop and take in the scenery, have some butties, flask of tea etc. The big down side is the price, which I see has now gone up to around £700 and that doesn't include a paddle. The back pack is enormous but could be, just about, taken on a train and a Sherpa would have no problem carrying this to Everest base camp, however, it might be a problem for some if you're planning on a long overland hike first. I might have given it 5 stars if the padded seat had some decent padding, the paddle was included and the pump was of a better quality.
