After 6 months the touch panel started misbehaving and continued scrolling through the options despite moving hand away. It was difficult to select how much we wanted it to dispense but just lived with it.Today it failed to turn on and is now totally unresponsive. In 6 days it would be 1 year old, however I paid €219 at time of purchase and would expect that this product would have a longer lifespan than that.I can now see other reviews with similar issues, I would save yourself the hassle and avoid at all costs.

TBH I was pretty happy with it. It can get noisy at times but nothing unbearable.⚠️WELL... after 1.5year it died. If I start the warm water it just trips the breaker...⚠️I had this for a few days, initial thoughts:- Water taste is ok, i'm not that picky if i'm honest, but my gf is and she is happy with it.-It's a bit noisy when freezing the water (stops after a bit) but it's a humming noise, similar to a dyson fan, or a PC fan on high.-The beeping noise was driving me insane, but yeah RTFM and press temp down + vol up in lock mode.-The lock was also annoying me quite a bit, but again RTFM and press temp up + vol down in lock mode to turn off (some reviews are saying if you turn the machine off the lock will be re-anabled, didnt try this).-IF you are planning on taking off the bucket and filling it under a sink, keep in mind that it's pretty high and it may not fit under your sink (like mine) but I just fill it in with a jug(added screenshot of power usage in W)

Very nice machine, 2bad my example was not ok, water kept tasting like burned electronics, returned it and ordered a new one hope this one is ok. I like the machine a lot if it tastes ok. Will update review when received the new one.Update 25-1 tested now one seems leeking from inside and the taste is even worse returning it bad product. We go back to the old one with only cooling the optima which works and tastes great. 2-bad I like the machine but does not perform as needed.

een half jaar en dan gaat er de aardlekschakelaar uit. In de garantie een nieuwe gehad en na 4 maanden weer de aardlekschakelaar eruit. Ik heb mijn verlies genomen en ben overgestapt op een ander merk

Bought this over 3 years ago of and it is excellent. Hot and cold water on demand, adjustable temperature, for green, or herbal tea, or for feeding sourdough with tepid water. Easily adjustable water level for different size cups and a water filter. I wouldn’t be without it. I live in a hard, (chalk), water area and probably have to descale it more than most, but the setting for hard water tells me when and it takes about 10 mins and is easy enough using white vinegar. Only slight negatives are the base for cups is a bit flimsy and one of my friends accidentally broke one side of the bracket trying to remove it to empty the water out, but as I use it on the tabletop I don’t really need the adjustment option and I think there are spares available if I decide I do need one. The only other thing is it does sometimes turn off randomly and I have to switch it off at the mains and then switch on again, but honestly that takes seconds and isn’t a dealbreaker. I have 2 of these machines, one in France and one here and my bestie has also bought one and loves hers too. I am sorry for those who have been unlucky enough to have issues with theirs, but so far mine have worked really well and I wouldn’t be without then. You do need to have the room in your kitchen though as it is quite a large machine. Tea and drinks do seem to taste better with filtered water also.

Ich habe das Gerät jetzt seit ungefähr einem halben Jahr in Betrieb. Und ich muss den vorherigen Rezensionen recht geben, die ersten Wochen schmeckt das Wasser ziemlich befremdlich nach Plastik/ Chemie. Dies legt sich wirklich erst langsam, im Verlauf des ersten Monat des Betriebes und nicht bereits nach wenigen Durchläufen. Ich glaube nicht, dass das Wasser deshalb ungeniessbar ist. Vermutlich liegt es einfach daran, dass das Gerät und alle Teile, die mit dem durchlaufenden Wasser in Berührung kommen, noch neu sind. Bei heiss zubereiteten Getränken ist das hingegen kaum wahrnehmbar. Und spätestens im zweiten Monat mit regelmässigem Gebrauch ist davon nichts mehr zu spüren. Das kalte Wasser ist wirklich sehr kalt und somit für mich im Winter nicht ideal. Schön wäre es, wenn man auch hier die Temperatur noch zumindest auf Raumtemperatur einstellen könnte. Man kann auch nicht grössere Mengen kaltes Wasser entnehmen, da das Gerät immer wieder nachkühlen muss. In der Regel kann man ein bis zwei Gläser füllen, danach muss das Gerät erst wieder eine Zeit lang kühlen. Heissgetränke können problemlos und ständig zubereitet werden, es stimmt, dass sicherlich nicht exakt 100 Grad erreicht werden. Aber es ist vollkommen ausreichend für jegliche Teesorten, löslichen Kaffee etc.Das Gerät erinnert einen auch daran, wenn die Filterkartusche zu wechseln ist. Es hat zudem eine Erinnerung für einen Entkalkungsmodus, was bisher bei mir noch nie aufgeleuchtet ist. Ich frage mich auch, wenn jeglicher Kalk aus dem Wasser entfernt wird, warum die Maschine dann überhaupt entkalkt werden sollte? Vielleicht für den Fall, dass man das Gerät ohne Filterkartusche verwendet. Tatsächlich ist die Halterung für Trinkgefässe nicht die stabilste. Bisher ist bei mir noch nichts abgebrochen, aber man muss die Ablage schon mit etwas Fingerspitzengefühl in die drei verschiedenen Höhen einrasten lassen. Bisher hat sie jede Tasse (auch größere) und jedes Glas ausgehalten. Für mich erfüllt das Gerät vollumfänglich alle Erwartungen, man muss ja auch den Preis sehen und dafür bekommt man eine sehr gute Qualität. Ich würde das Gerät wieder kaufen.

Escolha a sua temperatura e rápidamente ele irá entregar.Se deixar a máquina ligado.O que, claro, levanta a questão de quantos kwh amaquina utiliza.Connectei um dispositivo por medir. Usou sozinha, por beber (fria) e por cozinhar e fazer chá (quente).Durante 3 dias = 72 horas foram 6 kwh.Então 60 kwh/mês = aprox. 10 Euros/mês.Normalmente comprou 3 garrafas de 5 litro cada semana.Conclusão : as custas estão mais ou menos igual mas a água esta mais saudável e tem um sabor bem, não magnífica.E dá comfort e facilidade. Agua quente rápida, não mais transportar as garaffas de 5L e já não há uma garrafa de água no frigorífico então economizaespaço.Um triunfo na cozinha!
