This very much looks identical to both Puly Milk liquid and the Rinza Milk System cleaners which are made for the exact same purpose, it’s got a very similar bottle to both, although it’s a commonly used bottle for detergents that need to be measured accurately to be fair.Much like the appearance and bottle, the usage for this is identical to the Puly stuff which is my go-to milk residue cleaning solution. The process is just mixing the correct ratio (1:20) of the detergent with cold water and running that through the frother until it’s empty. Alternatively you can mix some up and soak the end of a steam wand in this to soften any caked on milk residue enough to be removed with a damp cloth or blasted out with a bit of steam, it also works a treat on milk pitchers.If you aren’t on top of the cleaning regiment with your automatic coffee machines the milk frothers are one of the most annoying things to get properly cleaned after the milk goes bad in them, especially in the harder reach spots. This stuff works great for those situations as you can just mix up a batch that matches the volume of your exact machine's milk container and run it through the system to get those spots that you can’t physically clean out.I don’t really use any full or semi-automatic machines these days, but I still keep a bottle of the milk cleaning concentrate on hand for deep cleans of my current machine’s manual steam wand and for my milk pitchers. I don’t find myself needing it often as I'm pretty particular about steam wand cleanliness, but it doesn’t hurt to give the machine a deep clean every so often with this or the alternatives.It’s a perfectly good cleaner that does what it sets out to do, but I couldn’t see myself buying this on repeat versus the 1L bottles from Puly, which is just the same thing but at a better price point. I have no issues finding the Puly stuff for around £10 per litre of concentrate, which is way more attractive than this stuff which is currently £7.99 for 500ml of the same strength concentrate.So other than the fact that this stuff makes the Urnex stuff (Rinza) look like good value, I can’t really fault it. It just doesn’t do anything to justify the extra expense compared to the trusted alternatives, if it was placed better with regard to price or was a litre sized bottle at this price point, then it’d be a viable alternative, but I won’t be swapping away from Puly Milk Liquid for this. Honestly I’m impressed that someone was able to make the Urnex branded stuff look like excellent value for money, which is an achievement in itself.

Seems to work fine both on nespresso machines and bean to cup machines. I've been using it to soak the wand elements to soften up any milk deposits then washing trough and using a mild brush to remove the last of the deposits.Helps keep the milk wands far more sanitary than just hot water flushing which I found often leaves stuff behind espescially on my nespresso machine that runs the milk through quite a lot of parts rather than just being a steam wand like bean to cup machines.Value is ok too

I got this in fear after my brother's coffee machine kicked the bucket, a bit of a safety net. Anyway, this works wonders on the frothing arm. It always made me feel a bit icky knowing that there would be milk in it despite the burst of steam, and this stuff gets it cleaned immaculately. Recommended.

I have an integrated coffee machine that makes lattes and it always worried me how clean I was getting the inside of the milk frother. It's not something I can take apart, so I just had to trust that it was getting cleaned during the rinse cycle.With a proper cleaner I know that it's getting cleaned properly.
