Arcane Tinmen Midnight Blue 360 Card Codex Portfolio

After hearing multiple people say that “O-ring binders are bad for cards,” I decided to bite the bullet and try out a “ringless” binder. Having tried multiple ringless binders at this point, (including Vault X, Ultimate Guard and Z-Folio) I always run into the same problem. Before the binder would even be halfway full, it would get this ugly ^ shape bend between the middle row and the row closest to the spine. This was completely unacceptable for me. Coming from a ring binder, I want my card pages to lay flat. I collect cards to look at and admire. That’s why they’re in a binder and not a vault. After wasting a lot of time and money on a variety of binders, I heard someone say that Dragon Shield’s binders would lay perfectly flat. So do they? No. But, for a ringless binder, they’re likely the closest we’ll get for a while. I’ve included pictures showing 2 completely filled Dragon Shield binders. The red one contains Pokemon cards and the blue contains larger, more traditionally sized, Sonic trading cards. Every card in the blue binder is sleeved in a BCW penny sleeve. For the red binder, half the cards are single sleeved in KMC perfect fits and the other half are double sleeved in perfect fits with the KMC Hyper Mat sleeves. The main thing that prevents me from giving this binder a perfect 5 stars is the lack of a zipper. It’s too bad the zippered version of the dragon shield binder doesn’t have a “ringless” option or that the ring version isn’t just a tiny bit bigger to accommodate my preferred pages. Since a perfect binder for me still doesn’t exist, these will have to do for now.Pros:Ringless.Decently flat pages when filled.Binder feels very high quality.Pages make a pleasant sound when you turn them.Binders come in multiple colors.Cons:No zipper.Pages still aren’t completely flat at full capacity.Binder won’t stay closed without the band. (Though, I don’t think using the band will hurt the cards.)Pockets are on the shorter side. Ultra Pro penny sleeves won’t fit properly.Binder cover has a strong smell when you first get it.

Ogni tanto qualcuno può arrivare difettato (pagine interne con le tasche un po' ondulate) ma sia Amazon che il produttore stesso, qualora si sia fuori dal periodo di reso, offrono un'assistenza impeccabile.Secondo me si tratta del miglior binder sul mercato almeno per quanto concerne le carte di Yu-Gi-Oh!
