This could be a simple review... It does what it says it does and it is what it says it is... but I think this blanket might secretly be part superhero—capable of saving you from freezing temperatures, scratchy stadium seats, and the dreaded Netflix-chill. I mean, 4.5 pounds (and far thinner than I expected) of wooly goodness plus a dash of synthetic wizardry? Talk about a dream team. It’s like being wrapped in a sheep’s warm embrace (minus the baa-ing)!The size is perfect for a one-person burrito wrap or a two-person cuddle-fest, whether you’re braving the wilderness or just braving the couch. Bonus points for the stylish contrast stitching—so you can pretend you’re in a luxury lodge instead of a tent that’s seen better days. After a few washes, it seems to get softer and friendlier, like the blanket itself is saying, “You’re welcome for the warmth, buddy.”If you need a thick, comfy, machine-washable hero in your life (and who doesn’t?), do yourself a favor and pick up this Arcturus wool blanket. Your future self, toasty toes, and snuggly companions will thank you! I have used this outside in the freezing cold, as a spring time picnic blanket, and around the house. So many applications, you won't be disappointed. I am buying another to keep in my truck.

Lovely blanket

It had a smell right out of the package but only lasted a few uses I don’t plan on machine washing it I will probably just pay to dry clean when needed. This is my first wool blanket but it seems like one of those products that needs to be used and broken in. It dose itch on more sensitive areas of my skin like my back and stomach area so if you sleep in the nude I wouldn’t recommend for your main bedspread without a sheet. I love the throwback vibe of all the designs they offer I had to order two more. Hopefully it lasts the test of time because some of the other blankets of similar designs they were asking $100+. One last thing is I cannot get under this blanket on the couch without falling asleep it almost made me late for work!

●購入色：レッド・バッファロー ２枚（他店）ホワイト/ブルーグレー ２枚（Amazon）-------------------------------------------レッド・バッファローは直輸入購入なんですがこちらもすごく染め、品質は良かったです。海外のネットで評判を見て直輸入で購入しました。実家は外国の方々が沢山出入りするようなそんな家庭環境だった経緯もあり慣れ親しんだアメリカン・ブランケット製品が入手出来て本当に良かったです！------------------------------------------【製品の特徴】Ａｍａｚｏｎや他の通販等で見かけるような毛布の延長線のような製品では全くございません。「これぞブランケット」といった製品です。厚みがある訳でもないのに目が詰まっている為に少しずっしりしているそんなブランケットです。正直、この手の製品は日本では馴染みがないのと見かけてももっと厚みがゴツくなって「ラグ」というジャンルになるかと思います。また日本家屋では靴のまま屋内を歩きませんので「ラグ」でもなく「毛布」でもないといったそんなブランケット製品はあまり必要でもないためなかなか見かける事すら無いのが実情です。さて製品に話は戻します。。。まず染めや色合いが素晴らしいです。また目の詰まり具合も素晴らしいです。目が詰まっている為、柔らかさは毛布に劣ります。起毛もしていません。大きさは毛布程度ですので身体を包む事も可能だしベッドスプレッドに利用するのも良いです。ソファカバーとしても十分に使えると思います。ラグとしての使い方も勿論可能です。アウトドアなどの屋外利用でも使えるでしょう。テント内の敷物にしたりそのまま地面に敷いてピクニックもいいですね！アイデア次第で十分に使える製品と言い切れます！私がオススメする使い方はやはりベットスプレッドとして利用ですかね。昔ながらのブランケットをお探しの方には十分にオススメ出来る製品だと言い切れます！結局のところ、Ａｍａｚｏｎでもホワイト/ブルーグレーを２枚購入しました。日本人の保守的な色合いではないですねー掲載写真通りで良い意味で日本にない青色です！グレー部分もいわゆるライトグレーといわゆるチャコールグレーなんですがこちらも日本の落ち着いたグレー系というよりもっと映える印象で異国っぽいグレーです。ホワイト部分はホワイトではなくベージュ系です。とりあえずカラーコーデがなかなかの好印象です！レッド・バッファロー、ホワイト/ブルーグレーどちらのブランケットもアウトドアやピクニックでの利用も強く意識していましたのでこれならそうそう被らないと感じるだけに購入した甲斐があったと納得しています！

I have now purchased a couple of these for myself and started to gift them. They are a great value and without compromise. I initially purchased one in the fall for the next seasons camping. Having opened it to initially check it out it’s since been adopted by the home. It’s been used often and is now soft and warm. Bought a second for camping and it’s perfect. Great for any outdoor event. I purchased the gray one both times. I recently gifted the gray with orange and yellow retro stripes and it looks fantastic. These are half the price of other brands, they compromise nothing in weight or quality. Perfect to use as outdoor event ground cover and or blanket. Perfect for cutting any chill indoors or out. Roll or fold up fairly small and are handy in a car, camper or RV. They are big too, I’ve used mine folded lengthwise to top my camping sleep system when I misjudged the honesty of my bags R rating. Can’t say enough about this product. Wool is proven low tech warmth, wet or dry.
