Non strappa i capelli tanto quanto le altre cuffie ed è leggermente più grande di quelle normali. Per quanto siano per me insopportabili le cuffie in generale, questa è di gran lunga la migliore provata finora!

Bestimmt ok für halblange haare, aber für lange haare (8jähriges mädchen) zu eng und zu schwierig aufzusetzen.

I have several swim caps from other name brands that I use for swimming laps, but I've never tried something from Arena and wanted to see how they compare. I was worried that this swim cap would be too loose since is says it is for long hair and I have short hair. However, it fits great. It went on easily and stayed in place during my entire workout without slipping up the sides and needing to be readjusted. The snugness felt just right to me; it did not feel loose, nor did it feel super tight. I like the pliability of the material, and especially the color. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this brand again.I can't speak to how well it works for long hair, but for those with short hair like me don't let this part of the description be a deterrent to purchasing this swim cap.

The cap seems to be high quality, and it looks fantastic, I really like the plum color! However, it does seem to run a bit smaller that other caps that I have bought. Because of this it does make a nice seal that keeps my hair dry, but it also gave me a headache after swimming for a while in it. I believe I have a fairly standard sized head, and short cut hair, but it still felt really snug. Because of this I think I will be switching back to my old cap, and I cant recommend that anyone with a pony tail or larger head wears this as I think it would be quite uncomfortable for them.

This swim cap protects your hair while swimming. It is especially important if you recently shampoo and conditioned since chlorine strips the hair of the essentails. I wish I discovered this swim cap eariler!
