This is a new purchase so I can't comment on durability. I was using Speedo Competition nose clips (grey) and they lasted about 2 years with 3 swims a week. They worked well but were uncomfortable. These new ones work just as well and are much more comfortable.

I wear these three days a week for over an hour while swimming laps. I have not had problems with slippage or nose bridge pain.
