Update: Great customer service. They sent me a replacement and all were in perfect condition. Highly recommended.Initial review: I love the design of this pair of kitchen oven mitts. While the cuteness deserves 2 stars, one of the mitts has a thumb that is far too short. Only half of my thumb fits inside. I'm so disappointed because it's truly cute, and it's a shame that I have to return them.

The latte gnome is such a cute design I had to buy them. Like that is comes with 2 gloves and 2 pot holders. I washed and dried them and they did shrink/puff up a bit unfortunatly

I was quite impressed with this set when it arrived. The design looks exactly the same in real life as it does on the photos on the listing - the image and colours are as clear and vibrant as the photos would suggest which is quite often a rarity so full marks for this and if you want to buy this because you like the design, go for it, you won't be disappointed.They both have tabs so when they are not in use you can hang them on a hook out of the way.The mitt is thick as you would expect and I was able to take a hot tray out of the oven with it and there was no burn or scorch marks like I have experienced with other, thinner mitts.My only complaint is, that there are small 'clicks' or 'catches' on the material on the glove so the glove is imperfect but there is none on the pot holder so I'm not sure what has happened during the manufacturing process, hopefully a one-off just affecting my item.
