This company has agreat customer service and their products are of a vey high quality. I made a mistake ordering the frame, actually two mistakes, first my shipping address was a PO Box and they deliver thru Fedex and second I ordered the wrong frame. Both times I email their customer service department and they always answered promptly and no questions ask, they just wanted to solve my problem, now that is customer service. I attached a photo and is beautiful and a high quality product. I recommend this product is great and it looks great in front of my house. Thank you.

This frame fit the six tiles I purchased. Four letters and 2 edges . End result , just what I wanted !!! Satisfied!! These beautiful tiles added a cultural touch to a family wall project I’m working on .Be aware the metal is not a heavy wrought iron handle delicately when fitting the tiles .You won’t be disappointed with the end result!! Shipping was fast and customer service handled all my needs promptly, thank you !!

I was sent a frame that only 5 of my 6 tiles fit into, but it still doesn't match the one pictured.So far, the customer service has been very responsive and pointed out I ordered the wrong frame for the FLOR MINI tiles, that I have, the frame I ordered wouldn't have fit them anyway. I bought my tiles on vacation, so it honestly did not occur to me that there were different widths for the different styles of the mini tiles. Their website also doesn't specify Flor Mini for any of the frames, so I have that question out to them.For anyone ordering, go to their website and double check the tile style name and sizes! The product description needs more info, and/or pictures, if only to prevent more confusion and mistakes.

The frame is flimsy and the tiles did not fit. I ordered the six tile frame...it only fit 5.Update: the company contacted me and there was a mix up with the tile size and frame size. They were very accommodating.

Design is nice. It could have been a little more Sturdier
