I bought one and the zip stuck. Its replacement was fine. I bought another, at a later date, and the zip stuck on that one too, so I asked for a refund. The portfolio has to be unzipped completely to open it. The problem arises when you close it and try to re-engage the zip. Even if you squeeze the portfolio around the zip it will not engage. It's a real pity because the construction of the actual portfolio is strong and it looks good, much better than other portfolios sold by Amazon at a similar price.

Die Mappe sieht sehr gut aus, war in Folie eingeschschweißt und mit Luftpolsterschutz im Inneren, damit sie nicht eingedrückt wird. Leider fehlen die 10 Sichthüllen! Daher nur 3 Sterne
