Pensé que eran para envasar al vacío, pero en realidad sirven para fermentar, así que fue un error por mi parte. Aun así, el kit es muy completo y de buena calidad: incluye las tapas de acero inoxidable, juntas de silicona y los cierres de aire, todo bien diseñado para un sellado hermético. Me gustó que las tapas no tengan olor como las de plástico y parecen bastante duraderas. No trae los tarros, pero eso ya lo sabía al comprar. Si buscas algo para fermentar, es una buena opción.
