It seems like a good product but it is really hard to clean it. Al the switches are open to water so when you try to clean it by washing you must be careful. And it leaks tea when you put the tea in your glass. This product does not value its price…

I bought this item because I know the brand is a well-known, trustworthy one in Turkey. Unfortunately, this item is not worth a penny, total fiasco.
