Getting five items ... in turn ...Grip strengthener. Fits well in my hand. Heavy spring. The knob on the close-up turns easily to increase resistance from 5kg up to 60. Get about 2-1/4" of movement - just right for my fingers to be a bit curled over the end before pulling it closed. Easy to use and adjust. I've upped the resistance already after just a week.Jump rope. About 3.8mm diameter rubber/pliable plastic tubing with very thin braided steel at the core. The handles are soft sided, 2-1/2" diameter, comfortable. The bottom screws off, then the cord can be pushed through. I opened the clip that is usually housed inside the handle - it pulls apart. With the clip open, you can adjust the length of your rope. Research it, but the rule for beginners is height + 3 feet, then height +2 feet as you improve. It's a good rope, but my leather guy is my daily drive. Now I have a back-up.Wraps - standard. 2" wide, soft woven, 3-1/2" Velcro ends. No reason to believe they won't last. Tossed into the rotation.Gloves. 12 oz. Nothing feels loose inside; no extra lining. Breathing mesh at palm and knuckle. Wide, long Velcro to close - wraps to just short of side of wrist. I'm not a heavy hitter, and my other gloves are 10 oz. I do this and jogging just to keep my aged body moving - so I can't comment on endurance for younger folks. But these gloves feel well-padded and secure.Heavy bag. Straps are secured almost 7" deep with 6 rivets and double stitching; rising above the stitching is just 4" and doubled ribbon. Zipper along the top; bag is lined. Bag itself stands at 4'. In addition to the four connection at the top is a final one at the bottom to minimize horizontal movement. Diameter is roughly 12 inches. If it's your first bag, research how to fill it - Spoiler, no sand; yes, old clothes.One problem with the hardware, but not enough to take away a star - easy fix with a carabiner clip. The hardware ... look at the 3d and 5th pics on the product site. It seems that they want the steel circle to be an interface between the bolt and chains. That is, the chains hang off the circle, the circle off the bolt. That's correct - you do not want your chains hanging off the bolt - too much movement. But the steel circle cannot fit into the cavity where the bolt resides. There is a carabiner clip included, but that's the interface between this lower piece and the ceiling plate. Just get the another of the same clip to use an an interface between the bolt and the circle. The chains, of course, are already connected to the circle. The pic is how the hardware arrived. The workaround is mine, not queried to nor endorsed by the manufacturer.Very good baseline product group. I'm not a big-time user, so I'm sure this will last me - and for a good overall price.
