Bought for Christmas cards, to stamp a greeting & best wishes to be signed below, and then attach to the back of homemade cards.Decorative but not overly so, thus attractive but unobtrusive. The slightly shiny gold border is a wide enough border that it looks deliberate and not mean. Plenty of space to write on.The labels have slightly glossy fronts so I stamped them and left them to dry otherwise the ink would smudge, please be warned; to be safe, I left them overnight. Easy-peel. Smooth adhesion. 3 per sheet, which feels a tad easier than dealing with a roll. Good price for the quantity.Maybe skip the info below unless thinking of using these labels for greeting cards.When the 3D nature of your card design means you can't press a pen down to sign without possibly damaging the card, these labels work a treat - easy for people to sign on a flat surface, then peel labels off and apply to the back of the cards (and also easy to embellish around the label after attaching e.g. the inward curve at the corners is good for a faux pearl bead). You can leave the labels on someone's desk for them to sign in their own time. The gold nicely matches the gold forming part of the card's front design.Having the greeting/signing part allows fine-tuned personalisation:1. You can use different stamps or adjust how you sign (e.g. "love from" / "hugs and kisses") on the labels, and then assign particular labels to the cards AFTER making the cards e.g. this year five different winter landscapes form the backdrop on the card front: ones with pinkish sky will go to females, those with blue sky will go to males.2. When someone accidentally spells their name wrong or blots - it happens, with children and adults alike! - you don't have to mess with the card but simply avoid using that particular label.
