De Astro Pneumatic 9409A slangklem tang heeft een opnieuw ontworpen dubbele versnellingsvergrendelingshendel met bredere en diepere versnellingen voor veilige vergrendeling. Het beschikt ook over een nieuwe en verbeterde kabelassemblage met grotere kabel en een sterkere verbinding voor maximale sterkte. Nieuwe kabelregelaar en meervoudig tandwielslot zorgen voor een nauwkeurige en veilige vergrendeling voor elke klempositie tussen minimaal en maximaal bereik. Unit maakt het verwijderen van kunststof en/of metalen zelfaanscherping slangklemmen met diameters van 11/16" - 2-1/2" (18mm - 54mm) mogelijk. Precisieklem aan het uiteinde van de flexibele kabel zorgt voor een groter bereik waar andere modellen niet kunnen komen. Difficult space on Saab 9-3 between firewall and engine and this tool was the solution to reaching and removing the clamps. Clever design and intuitive in operation.

My previous clamp pliers were craftsman and barely lasted a year, after that I went with a no name brand that never really worked. I was concerned by how cheap most of these sets seemed and ultimately decided on this brand because the stand alone cable type pliers were more expensive than the craftsman I had bought previously. I have to say they seem much better constructed than any others I have seen. They are still new but judging by the quality I expect a good 5 years of professional use out of these.

I purchased this tool to undertake some engine work on a VW Passat TDI. A similar type of tool must have been used in the factory to install the spring clamps used to secure the many hoses under the hood of this car as they were all turned sideways such that using pliers on them was near impossible given the space limitations. I finally gave up and order this tool. It arrived on time and properly packaged. After unboxing it I put it work and was very pleased with the ease of use. I especially like the fact that it will lock so that it holds the spring clamp in the open position. This allows the use of two hands to reposition the clamp.

Tras años de estar peliando con pinzas no adecuadas para remover y volver poner abrazaderas de mangueras. Esta ha sido una de las mejores inversiones, fácil de usar, inclusive en lugares con muy poco espacio funcionan y con el menor esfuerzo además son ajustables un producto ampliamente recomendable.
