Ik had overduidelijk met een namaak item te maken. Los in de doos, andere connectors en tekstfouten op de doos.

Habe jetzt alle Geräte mit Audioquest Kabeln verkabelt. Diese haben meine 25 Jahre alten Mogami ersetzt, welche auch sehr gut waren, jedoch gegen die heutigen Störeinflüsse nicht gewappnet sind. Das Yukon verbindet den Bluesound Node 2i mit dem Verstärker. Nachdem der Netzwerkanschluss mit einem Netzwerkisolator verbessert wurde klingt er nicht mehr so dumpf. Das Yukon zaubert jetzt einen Klang aus dem Gerät womit ich zufrieden bin, im Vergleich zum externen DAC. Dieser ist noch dynamischer jedoch nicht so detailreich und mit einem Mackenzie angeschlossen. War ein teurer Spaß aber ist nun mal mein Hobby.

The Audioquest cable line is very modest looking but, depending on the version, perform like the best. I ended up with the Yukon. Had the Mackensie before and wasn't quite pleased with it. Some of the sound seemed to be smeared in the mix. I took the financial leap to the Yukon, hoping it would open things up and not sound smeared. After 12 hours of runtime they opened up nicely and all the detail was present. In the past 30 years I have tried more cables than I can remember. With the Yukon, I don't expect to do any more upgrading. The music is all there and very pleasant, not harsh. Financially too, this is the top for me. Highly recommended if you can afford them. I use headphones only so am not sure if they sound as good in a speaker based system.

This lead goes with my other Yukon cable and has improved the sound quality on my av system worth the extra cost.

Using to connect discreet DAC to Headphone amp. Smooth and detailed sound, but expensive. It's always a conundrum isn't it? Only you can judge it's value. If you can, I would recommend trying before buying to make the call.
